I’ve always been drawn to people their stories, their patterns, and what’s happening beneath the surface — Over time, that became a passion for doing the deeper work that leads to real, lasting change.
I'm a psychodynamic therapist specializing in complex trauma, neurodevelopment, and the deep structure of personality. I work where neuroscience meets the soul.
My Whole Story →I'm certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Critical Memory Integration (CMI), and I'm a Certified Brain Health Professional & Coach through Amen Clinics. These modalities allow me to support clients in healing stuck memories, reorganizing emotional processing, and restoring nervous system balance.
I also work with couples using the Gottman Method — the most-researched approach to couples therapy in the world. Together we disarm conflict, rebuild friendship, and restore shared meaning.
Rooted in a lifelong passion for child development and attachment, I work with individuals across the lifespan — helping them understand how early relational experiences shape identity, resilience, and present-day relationships.
My goal is to create a therapeutic space that is insightful, grounded, and transformative. A place where you can safely explore your inner world and develop the psychological and spiritual tools needed for lasting change.
I didn't always do this work. The story started a lot earlier — and a lot more internal.
I often joke that I’ve been a therapist since I was ten years old. Even as a child, I had a heart that gravitated toward the deep, the reflective, and the complex. But my path to founding Roots Healing wasn’t just born from curiosity — it was born from my own lived experience.
For a long time, I struggled with my own mental health in silence. I felt profoundly alone, carrying the weight of my experiences while navigating the heavy stigma that often surrounds mental health. I felt held back by my own mind, unsure if there was a way to move through the fog.
Everything changed when I discovered the science behind the symptoms. Learning that my experiences weren’t a personal failure but a physiological and psychological response that others shared was life-altering. That knowledge was the sun that allowed me to grow.
My clinical journey led me to work with women in residential settings, where I sat with some of the deepest forms of complex trauma. It was there that I refined my philosophy: if we do not uncover the roots, they inevitably turn into weeds.
I do this work because I believe no one should have to feel alone in their struggle. When we tend to the soil, the soul finally has the room it needs to bloom.
